By completing your hotel reservation you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. |
You warrant that you are 18 years of age and have legal capacity to use this site. |
You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings and membership registration is correct. |
You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. |
Rates are applicable for people from all nationalities except where it is specified. |
A maximum of three rooms can be booked on a given date. For group bookings above five rooms please mail the enquiry to contact@raheemresidency.com . |
Availability can change at any time during the booking process. |
Your reservation is confirmed only after the payment process is completed and you receive a confirmation message. |
When you have a guaranteed reservation with us and we are unable to accommodate you for any reason, we will arrange accommodation for you at another hotel in the same category or will issue the full refund. |
The Check in time is 12 noon and Check out time is 11 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. |
The management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your use of this site will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force. |

Booking Procedure |
Please submit your reservation through the booking page and complete the payment procedure. |
Please print out the form of booking confirmation and check it over to make sure every detail is correct. |
For any incorrectness on the booking confirmation, please contact our reservations office by email: contact@raheemresidency.com and obtain the necessary amendments. |
| All the Govt. taxes are extra and will added in the invoice and collected at the time of check out. |
| All Houseboats are outsourced and are on full board basis. Check in 12.30 pm Check out 9 am. All Beverages on extra payment. |

Payment Policy |

At the time of booking the full amount or 20% of the full amount will be deducted from your credit card depending on the period you have booked for and as per the policy referred in the booking page. |

This amount is non-refundable. The balance payment will be debited from the same card account 30 days prior to your arrival date. |
|
Reservations for December, January and February will be confirmed with full advance payment at the time of booking. |
 |
We will be sending a request with a link/page to make the balance payment through our website or email. If a valid booking fails to make balance payment before 30 days of the arrival date, the booking will be treated as cancelled. |
|
Payment transactions are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by a leading bank. |
|
This ensures that the credit card details are not revealed to anyone other than the financial institutions required to process payment. |
|
Payment may be made by Visa & MasterCard. |

In case the payment is made by credit card of a different person, you agree that you have obtained legal authorization from the credit card holder to make reservations on his behalf. |

If you prefer to not use your credit card online, you may also send an email to our reservations office as an enquiry for reservations. |

All rates are subject to change without notice. |
Cancellation & Refund Policy |
 |
Raheem Residency believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation & Refund Policy. Under this policy: |

For cancellations made 15-30 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total room charges will be charged as retention. |
 |
For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival or no show, no refund will be made. The hotel has the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay and no refund will be made. |
 |
Amendment of bookings can be made before 30 days of check-in date as per the availability. |
 |
Reservations for the period 20th December to 10th January cannot be modified or cancelled. |

No amendment of booking will be considered on or less than 30 days prior to the arrival date unless there is an availability of rooms in that particular month. |
|
Due to security reasons, refund of amount, if any, will be made only after 120 days from the payment date through bank transfer. |
|
No shows are subject to cancellation charges of 100% of the total amount up to and including the entire length of stay for the total number of rooms booked. |
|
Early departures will be charged for the entire length of stay. |

Requests for amendments and cancellations to be sent by mail directly to contact@raheemresidency.com |

Acknowledgement of receipt of amendment/cancellation to be obtained from our reservations office. |
