Reservation and cancellation policies

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly. Check-in time is 12:00 P.M, Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.

Raheem Residency believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Under this policy:

The Govt.taxes are extra and payable to the hotel at the time of Check out.
For cancellations made 15-30 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total room charges will be charged as retention.

For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival or no show, no refund will be made. The hotel has the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay and no refund will be made.

Amendment of bookings can be made before 30 days of check-in date as per the availability. The Amendment can be made only till the end of that particular Financial Year (April 01st – March 31st).

Reservations for the period 20th December to 10th January cannot be modified or cancelled.

No amendment of booking will be considered on or less than 30 days prior to the arrival date unless there is an availability of rooms in that particular month.

Due to security reasons, refund of amount, if any, will be made only after 120 days from the payment date through bank transfer.

No shows are subject to cancellation charges of 100% of the total amount up to and including the entire length of stay for the total number of rooms booked.
